Caitlyn is the owner of Heart Mind Healing and has been facilitating healing sessions since 2017. She is a highly trained Reiki Teacher Practitioner in the Usui Reiki Ryoho lineage of Reiki energy healing.

Reiki Training

Reiki Training (Levels 1, 2, and 3) is available for those who would like to advance their Reiki knowledge and practice. Group training is on hold; reach out to see if we are a good fit for an individual study.

Yoga for All Bodies

Private group or individual sessions available (email Caitlyn to discuss). Caitlyn is teaching a free Chair Yoga Class at the Senior Center Mondays at 2:30pm
