Caitlyn is the owner of Heart Mind Healing and has been facilitating healing sessions since 2017. She is a highly trained Reiki Teacher Practitioner in the Usui Reiki Ryoho lineage of Reiki energy healing.

Reiki Training

Reiki Training (Levels 1, 2, and 3) is available for those who would like to advance their Reiki knowledge and practice. I offer small group classes as well as individual studies (in-person in Gainesville, FL and virtual). Financing is available for individual studies. To inquire about training, please contact me and we can schedule a time to discuss. Anyone level 1 or above is welcome to attend our Reiki Shares

Yoga for All Bodies

Every body is a yoga body! Join Caitlyn for Gentle Yoga (Mondays and Wednesdays at 6:30pm), or Chair Yoga (Mondays at 5:15pm and Thursdays at 10:30am). Private group or individual sessions available (text Caitlyn at 352-234-4872 to discuss)
