Let's kick off Spring with a 21-day practice of Loving Kindness Meditation. This powerful meditation boosts compassion and feelings of connection, and studies show it can reduce physical symptoms such as chronic lower back pain. Starting on Monday March 23, we will meet on Zoom for 30 minutes at 7:30am to practice together. Live meetings will be Monday, Wednesday, and Friday; our last meeting will be on April 13th. You'll have recordings to practice with, and Q&A time during live meetings. No experience needed!
