Join Caitlyn for Kitten Chair Yoga at the Humane Society of North Central Florida! 

Come and relax during our 1-hour chair yoga session surrounded by adorable, adoptable kittens. Chair yoga is a gentle form of yoga that uses a chair for seated poses or extra support and balance, making it a great option for older adults and those with limited mobility.

Registration Donation: $20 per person. All proceeds go toward supporting the animals in our care.
